Rumba came to us through a handover. Her previous owners, due to exceptional and personal reasons, could no longer take care of her.
Rumba is a sweet, beautiful, and friendly little dog, but she’s also insecure and a bit fearful. When we open her kennel door so she can go run, she bolts out—and then immediately wants to come back in. She’s an active dog, but her fear keeps her from fully opening up the way we’d like. Even so, she really enjoys being petted and having people around her; she’s very sociable with humans.
We do not recommend her adoption into a home with other pets. We want to test things gradually, but it will take time.
As she is a Dogo Argentino mix, adopting her requires having all the mandatory documentation for owning this type of breed.
